Flood which literally ran over White Water Center in summer 2002
Hello,
Our
boathouse was inoperative because of the flood.
When the flood was at its highest level, it reached
to the middle of the windows on the first floor. The
result of this apocalyptic event were destroyed
or damaged all the facilities. The boathouse was
uninhabitable.
The boathouse is already repaired at the present.
It had been newly furnished. During the repairs many new innovative
features were added, which improve the services of the boathouse.

The slalom
course ended up much better than the boathouse. The
river caused minimal damages. All seat for viewers
were destroyed and all poles for hanging the gates
as well. But the banks remained. We could not
use the course. The floods destroyed the control
of the weir, lowering the level drastically. That
brought along that no water flowed into the slalom
course.
The slalom course is ready for usual
training as before the flood in accordance with
